Our kitchen is, not only visually, the heart of our restaurant.

We demand a great deal of ourselves: to ensure quality as ultimate goal, we only use local farm-fresh produce. We do not serve any “read-to-eat-meals”, do not use any flavour enhancers or preservative agents. – we are happy to treat you specially and also have an alternative down pat for allergic persons.

Besides traditional Bavarian delicacies we also offer tasty vegetarian dishes and light fare. Solid roast pork out of the original "Wamsler" wooden oven (year of manufacture: 1929), freshly hunted game, home made cakes are counted among our gastronomic specialities. Not to forget our Monday Special: “Spareribs all you can eat”.

Additionally chef Stefan Schmied offers you a wide variety of buffets, menus and exclusive delicacies for your pre-ordered celebrations and events. Also ask for our vegetarian, Mediterranean and international buffets
